Itinerary Breakdown

Acclimatize, Climb, Experience Culture

Travel to the base of Tsambagarav Mountain. We will set up our tent camp below the mountain, preparing for the climb ahead. Enjoy a hearty dinner and rest under the stars.
Early morning start to climb Tsambagarav. Navigate the snow and ice to reach the summit, taking in breathtaking panoramic views of the Altai range. Return to base camp by the end of the day for a well-deserved rest.
Depart base camp and visit a local center to experience traditional Mongolian archery. Learn the techniques and history behind this ancient skill.
Visit a traditional Kazakh Eagle Hunter's family. Witness the incredible bond between the hunter and the Golden Eagle, and learn about their unique way of life.
Travel to a new destination, soaking in the diverse landscapes of Western Mongolia. A day dedicated to nature appreciation and scenic photography.
Explore the nature reserve and inspect snow leopard camera traps with park rangers. Gain insight into conservation efforts and hopefully see footage of the elusive cats.
Travel to the beautiful Tolbo Lake for relaxation and sightseeing. In the evening, enjoy a special ethnic music concert featuring traditional Kazakh instruments and songs.
Transfer to the airport and fly back to Ulaanbaatar (UB), concluding your adventure.
